I have lived in the Upstate for 17 years and have been in Real Estate for 13 of those 17 years. Have traveled the entire US but this is the area my wife and I decided to stay. It's hard to beat what we have in our back yard. Great weather, mild winters, easy commute to Greenville or Asheville and having the lakes near by makes it even more desirable.
