My name is Cathey and I am a fifth generation “Mountaineer” and a top producing Realtor since 1982. I specialize in upscale real estate communities, primarily in the Asheville/Hendersonville, NC areas. I was elected five times by my peers to serve on the board of the Asheville Board of Realtors. I established Biltmore Forest Realty after leaving Asheville’s oldest firm as its Top Producer. I am active in golf, tennis, swimming, step aerobics and I love to garden! Residential real estate sales have provided a wonderful career for me. Aside from the thrill of a good sale, I meet wonderful people and I am so proud to introduce them to my beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. My husband, David, is retired and is the author of FASHIONABLE ASHEVILLE, a social history 1880-1930 and Penland Chronicles, a history of the WNC mineral & mining district.
